For your convenience, your vehicle comes with a Mercedes-Benz Maintenance System, which records the number of miles driven and the amount of time elapsed since your last service appointment. When scheduled service is on the agenda, you’ll see a notification on the multi-functional display in the instrument cluster where your different warning lights are illuminated — meaning it’s time to book an appointment with our service center!
At Fletcher Jones Motorcars, the Mercedes-Benz luxury treatment also applies to our service center. Independent shops may use aftermarket parts, but our guests can rest assured we only use genuine OEM parts. In addition, our technicians have undergone thorough training to diagnose and repair any issues that may occur with your Mercedes-Benz vehicle. That’s not always the case with independent auto shops.
