Urbano’s Journey

Urbano’s journey in the automotive industry began with Fletcher Jones washing and prepping cars to be ready for our showroom. He shares, “While in this role, I was able to see both the sales & service department at work, seeing how happy guests were with their Fletcher Jones Experience.” For the next 5 years, he worked a variety of roles with us – cashier, greeter, valet – gaining the opportunity to see all aspects of our dealer operations and develop relationships with Team Members across various departments.

He explains, “When Eric Smith stepped in as our new Service Director, I expressed to him my goals and what I was looking forward to in my career.” He listened and assisted Urbano in reaching his goals. Urbano shares, “I am beyond fortunate to start at the Fletcher Jones Motorcars as a Service Advisor.”

When he joined as a Service Advisor, he did not have any experience in this arena, however, was not intimidated. He shares, “My management and my Team always had their doors open for me, teaching me all I need to know.
