Meet Randy Lemus, Service Advisor for Fletcher Jones Motorcars

In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Randy Lemus, a Service Advisor and Fletcher Jones Motorcars Team Member of 22 years!

At 18, Randy was moving from his home country of Costa Rica to California and starting work at an independent auto shop. He shares, “I didn’t know anything about cars!” After 5 years of work, he enrolled in a diesel technician program and then, he moved onto another independent shop. In his position, Randy gained hands-on experience with everything mechanical and every car brand. He explains, “I worked from the bottom up and even had the opportunity to lead a team of technicians.”

In 1986, Randy decided he wanted to be a service advisor for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. He kicked it off at a dealer in Downtown Los Angeles, where he spent 11 years building relationships with his guests – guests that would then follow him to Fletcher Jones Motorcars. He excitedly exclaims, “I have known some of my guests for more than 30 years!” Now, Randy has been a Service Advisor with Fletcher Jones Motorcars for 22 years, and a Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor for 33 years.
