Meet Bob, Josh, and Payden Evans: A Family Legacy at Fletcher Jones Motorcars

We are celebrating the families of Fletcher Jones Motorcars! Bob, our Guest Experience Director, has been with us for 50 years and his sons are building their careers here as well. Meet Bob, Josh, and Payden Evans.

Why Fletcher Jones?

Bob: “In 1974, I started out as a Lot Attendant, washing and moving vehicles. Little did I know at that time that I had actually found my career, my life’s work! I have been lucky in having the best owners in the Fletcher Jones Family.”

Josh: “Fletcher Jones has been like home for my father, myself, and my brother. Fletcher Jones is family-owned and has always taken very good care of the Evans family.”

Payden: “I have always loved Mercedes-Benz from a young age, especially seeing the evolution of the design and the features of the car is so fascinating to me.”

Favorite Part of Working Together?

Bob: “Seeing my boys succeed in the same career that I found.”

Josh: “My favorite part of everyday is the 10 minutes I get to share in my Father’s office talking with him and having a good laugh.”

Payden: “I would say my favorite part of working with both my dad and brother is getting to spend time with them during the day as well as working together to give our guests a world class experience by showing them the Fletcher Jones Difference.”

Favorite Memory of Working Together?

Bob: “Every time I see these young men receive accolades for a job well done, both from guests and their managers.”

Josh: “My favorite memory is a Sales dinner years ago where I received a reward in front of my father. It is a unique experience to receive a work award while having my dad in the crowd and see how proud he was of me.”

Payden: “I have so many great memories with both of them, but a favorite of mine is assisting a longtime guest of my dad’s. My brother assisted the guest with their purchase and I was able to show the guest how their new Mercedes-Benz works.”
