Employee Spotlight: Tamara San Miguel

The Fletcher Jones Difference doesn’t end when you leave our dealership because our Guest Experience team is dedicated to ensure that we were able to exceed expectations every step of the way, including any follow up.  Whether it was a vehicle purchase or service visit, our team is dedicated to providing every guest that visits a 5-star experience.

As a four year veteran, Tamara San Miguel, has dedicated her role to ensure that all clients are completely satisfied and have experienced world-class service.  Tamara contacts our clients to provide any additional information that may be needed and gather feedback as the Guest Experience team is always aiming to improve their craft.  She definitely considers herself a people person, so dealing with high volume clientele on a daily basis is something she enjoys.  Working alongside a talented and supportive team also adds to her joy here at work as it instills motivation to continue helping the company to excel.

Originally from Los Angeles, Tamara has primarily lived in Huntington Beach her whole life.  During her leisure time, she enjoys trying out new restaurants with her fiancé, spending time with family, and attending local events with close friends.   Applying the Mercedes-Benz ‘The Best or Nothing’ motto is something she practices not only professionally, but personally as well.  Tamara believes that whatever one does in life, be it a hobby or a career, investing heart and passion will always deliver gratifying results!
