Employee Spotlight: Victoria Wang

We are always looking to grow our Fletcher Jones family as well as helping existing ones grow from within. This week, we are featuring Victoria Wang. She just recently transitioned from her position as a Service Coordinator to a spot on the Client Care Representative team.

Victoria was born in Huntsville, Alabama, but has pretty much grown up in Southern California. Her prior experiences were in the medical and service industries. The UCI alumnus majored in biology and psychology, but being able to work for a company that she describes as “the best of the best” has kept her in the automotive industry here at Fletcher Jones. She was referred here by friends who spoke highly of the company and the rest is history. Part of the joy she finds in the work she does is being able to truly help people, just as she has always wanted to do. Taking on the role of a well-rounded individual, Victoria likes to enjoy her time away from the dealership by spending time with her dogs and friends, flexing her creative muscle with singing/writing/listening to music, cooking and eating new and delicious foods, and experiencing  the sand and sun on the beach. Her favorite vehicle is the 2016 GLE 450 in Palladium Silver with Designo Exclusive Nappa Leather and is a perfect fit for her work and play. The sound system is perfect for listening to a favorite song while heading to the dog beach with her furry friends.

To Victoria, the definition of the Fletcher Jones Experience is “to wow the guest. Consumers have come to expect great customer service. Consumers are intelligent, educated, experienced, jaded.
