Exclusive Guest Amenity Spotlight: Complimentary Airport Parking & Shuttle

Updated October 2023. At Fletcher Jones Motorcars, we are pleased to offer a complimentary airport parking and shuttle service for guests flying in and out of John Wayne Airport in Orange County.

At Fletcher Jones, we are committed to delivering a guest experience at the highest level and therefore, we have made some important adjustments to our Airport Parking & Shuttle services at our Newport Beach hub. Effective November 1, 2023, we will be implementing the below changes to streamline our operations to ensure a seamless journey for you:

What’s New?

• Pick-Up & Drop-Off Location: The shuttle will now exclusively pick-up and drop-off passengers at one location, conveniently located near the Ground Transportation Center on the lower level – Outside of Terminal B in between pillars 5 & 6, across the street. This location is currently benign used for shuttle pick-ups.This modification will significantly reduce turnaround time, getting you to your destination promptly.

 

• Digital Check-In: To speed up the process, we’re introducing a digital vehicle walk-around and check-in procedure which you will conveniently receive a digital copy via e-mail for your convenience.

How It Works

1. Purchase or lease a Mercedes-Benz vehicle at Fletcher Jones Motorcars to unlock access to our Exclusive Guest Amenities.

 

2. Reservations are optional, but scheduling your reservation online expedites your arrival process.

 

3. On the day of your reservation, you will arrive at our Airport Hub located at 2172 South East Bristol St, Newport Beach, CA 92660. You will check-in – digitally! – and your vehicle will be stored at our dedicated, secure facility. If your Mercedes-Benz is due for service, please notify our agent during check-in and we will coordinate with your service advisor.

 

4. Our designated airport shuttle will take you to John Wayne Airport

What Happens When I Return?

After claiming your luggage, please give us a call at (949) 718-5300 to ensure your vehicle is prepared and ready for your arrival at the hub. We will pick up where we dropped off.

How Long Can I Park My Car?

We are pleased to offer complimentary vehicle storage at our airport hub for up to 14 days. Beyond this period, a daily of $20 will be applied.

How Do You Verify My Preferred Ownership?

The Fletcher Jones Motorcars Team Member will verify your access to this exclusive guest amenity by checking for your Preferred Owners sticker in your vehicle.

P.S. You’ll come home to a freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle!
