What do you get when you come to Fletcher Jones Motorcars? Exceptional service from employees like James “Jim” Hummel!

Jim, who has been with Fletcher Jones since 2003, is our first employee to receive the Centralized Diagnostic Technician (CDT) certification. Of course, that it is no surprise since some of Jim’s hobbies include home repair and exploring new things and places.

To become CDT certified, Jim had to undergo a vigorous training program and exam. If you don’t know what a CDT certification is, it is an internationally recognized Mercedes-Benz certification to aid in uniform diagnostic procedures and processes.

In other words, the CDT certification is a way to share his knowledge with his colleagues to better serve you, our guest, when it comes to performing complex fault diagnoses.
