Please Note: Plug & Charge requires successful activation of Mercedes me Charge. Mercedes-EQB is not compatible with Plug & Charge.
When you arrive at a Mercedes-EQ charging station, park, turn off your vehicle, and exit your vehicle.
Remove the charging cable from the charging station and plug into your Mercedes-EQ vehicle. You will hear a mechanical click and the click confirms the cable is in correctly.
After the charging cable is plugged into your Mercedes-EQ vehicle, the charging station will complete a “digital handshake” to process payment authentication.
Your charging session will now begin.
