Service while you wait. Your Mercedes-Benz will receive priority service through our dedicated Express Service lane while you relax in our indoor/outdoor guest lounge equipped with complimentary WiFi and our own café serving fresh baked good and your favorite Starbucks drinks. No appointment is needed, but recommended so we can be best prepared for your arrival.
Schedule your service appointment and reserve a Mercedes-Benz loaner vehicle so you can go on about your business and daily life, even while your vehicle is being serviced. Once you arrive at the dealer and check-in your vehicle, you will be provided with a Mercedes-Benz courtesy vehicle. Appointment required.
Mercedes-Benz A is recommended after 10,000 miles or 1 year after you purchase your 2009 and newer Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Benz Service A includes:
