Power front seats feature intuitive, seat-shaped controls on the door, plus a 4-way power lumbar support.

For added convenience in the rain or with an armful of packages, you can fully open and close the liftgate via a switch on the driver’s interior door panel or a button on the SmartKey remote.

A specially engineered version of 4MATIC® can automatically send from zero to 100% of the engine’s torque to either axle, front or rear.

An ECO Start/Stop system automatically shuts off the engine at stoplights and other idle situations, to save fuel and reduce emissions.

Engineered specifically for performance driving, the 4-wheel independent suspension’s selective damping automatically adjusts the individual shock absorbers based on the road surface and the driver’s current driving style.

With the optional trailer hitch, you can tow up to 7,700 lbs. The hitch option includes the wiring harnesses for the trailer lights and brakes, while every GLE is already equipped to handle the rigors of towing on the engine, cooling system and transmission.
