Both systems were specifically engineered to optimize fuel-efficiency and save drivers money at the fuel pumps. Upon closer inspection, the GLA 250 offers more advanced safety features than the BMW X1, this time with standard driver assist technologies, including:

  • Active Brake Assist: With the help of radar technology, this system can inform you if a collision is likely to occur by analyzing your speed and/or distance from a vehicle or stationary object ahead.
  • ATTENTION ASSIST®: This driver attention monitor measures up to 70 different parameters of driving behavior and alerts you if signs of drowsiness are detected.
