SPONSORS: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fletcher Jones Motor Cars, Inc. with its principal place of business located at 3300 Jamboree Road, Newport Beach, California 92660 and Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc. with its principal place of business located at 31 Journey, Suite 230, Aliso Viejo, California 92656 (collectively the “Sponsors”).

PROMOTION PERIOD: Entries for the Sweepstakes shall be accepted starting March 5, 2026 beginning at 12:00 P.M. No entries shall be accepted after March 12, 2026 after 11:59 p.m. Any entry prior to or after these dates and times is disqualified.

SUBMISSION OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes may be entered via the designated method identified below only during the Promotion Period as stated in these Official Rules. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Multiple entries received from any person or the same Instagram account in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

METHOD FOR ENTRY OF SWEEPSTAKES: Participants (also referred hereto as the “entrant”) may enter the Sweepstake during the Promotion Period by the following method (1) follow both Instagram accounts of @fjmercedes and @ChronicTacos; (2) like and save the interview post; (3) tag at least two (2) people the entrant would invite to the catering event if the entrant is the winner of the Sweepstakes prize; and (4) entrant must share the interview post to entrant's Instagram story and tag @fjmercedes and @ChronicTacos accounts. All entrant's stories must be public at the time of posting in order to verify entry into the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once or a single person to enter with multiple Instagram accounts will result in disqualification of all entries at the discretion of the Sponsors upon verification of prize Winner. It is the entrants' responsibility to ensure timely submission of his, her or their entry. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline for any reason. Sponsors have no liability for late or incomplete entries. The sole determinant of timeliness for the purposes of entries as well as completeness will be the Sponsors.

ELIGIBILTY TO ENTER AND WIN: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States where permissible by law, and to those who reside in the Southern California area, who are of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18 years old at the time of entry). Employees, officers and directors (including immediate family members as well as spouses, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Sponsors, the promoter or partners (if applicable) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win any prize in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

The potential Winner must provide the Sponsors with a fully executed and signed IRS W-9 form as Winner shall be responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, including federal, state and local, associated with winning any prize. Potential Winner must be eligible to contract and shall complete all documents as required, and directed, by the Sponsors concerning the prize.

Should potential Winner fail to produce proof of residency or age at the time of entry as required by these rules or, if the potential Winner declines to execute all documents required and directed by Sponsors in order to collect the prize, the prize will be forfeited. If the prize is forfeited, potential Winner agrees and understands that he or she shall not have the right to redeem or collect the prize including the value of the prize at any time thereafter. If a potential Winner forfeits the prize or is disqualified for any reason identified in these Official Rules, the Sponsors may, at Sponsors sole discretion, select at random from all eligible entries received an alternate potential Winner.

SELECTION OF WINNER: The Winner shall be selected at random by a drawing conducted by the Sponsors on March 13, 2025, at 10 A.M. at Fletcher Jones Motorcars, Inc. with its principal place of business located at 3300 Jamboree, Newport Beach, California 92660.

Sponsors' decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes including the selection of the Winner are final. The potential Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements stated herein. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted and does not respond to Sponsors within a time deemed reasonable by the Sponsors but not less than twenty-four (24) hours after the first attempt to contact such potential Winner, an alternate entrant may be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received at the Sponsors sole discretion.

NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: If entrant is the potential Winner of the Sweepstakes, on or before March 13, 2026, Sponsor, Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc., shall notify potential Winner by Instagram direct message inbox that potential Winner has been selected and is eligible to collect the prize subject to verification of compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Winner shall have twenty-four (24) hours from Sponsor's, Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc., first attempt to contact potential Winner for potential Winner to contact Sponsor, Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc., to claim his or her prize.

Except where otherwise expressly noted in these Official Rules, the selection of the prize is subject to the Sponsors' sole and absolute discretion. The prize (and/or any portion thereof) is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. No substitutions or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except that Sponsors retain the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one comparable or greater retail value at the Sponsors' sole and absolute discretion. Additional restrictions as allowed by law may apply.

WINNER(S) LIST: A list of winners will be maintained Sponsors at Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc. at 31 Journey, Suite 230, Aliso Viejo, California 92656. You may obtain a list of the names of the Sweepstakes' winners by sending correspondence to the attention of Jake at Chronic Tacos Enterprises, Inc. at the address identified herein or by email directed to [email protected]

ODDS WINNING SWEEPSTAKES: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. There will be one (1) prize awarded.

LIMITATION OF ELIGIBILITY: Entrants are eligible to win one (1) Sweepstakes offered by the Sponsors every twelve (12) months.

USE OF DATA: Sponsors will be collecting personal data about entrants (including, without limitation, name, phone number, mailing address, gender, age, social media identifiers and e-mail address) when entrants enter the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors are entitled to use personal data contained in all entry methodologies in accordance with the Sponsors' privacy policies. All information submitted by entrants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsors' privacy policies which are incorporated herein by reference. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Sponsors' privacy policies, entrants grant to the Sponsors, and the Sponsors reserves, the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes, including information provided by entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, for any purpose, unless prohibited by law. Entrants may obtain a copy of Sponsors' privacy policy by contacting the Sponsors in the same manner as required to obtain a copy of the Winners' List.

In addition to any and all other terms and requirements stated herein, in order to accept the prize, entrants will be required to sign a release, which grants the Sponsors the right to use and publish entrants' proper name online or in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. The likeness release shall grant permission to the Sponsors the right to use Winner's name, photograph, video, likeness, prize information and/or biographical information without additional or future compensation or other consideration than the prize identified herein.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrants' full and unconditional agreement to, and full acceptance of, these Official Rules and the Sponsors' Privacy Policies which may be obtained by contacting Sponsors' representative at the official address and/or email identified herein. Entrants agree that the Sponsors may contact entrants by mail, telephone, email and/or other electronic means including through social media.

WAIVERS AND RELEASES: Winner must execute and return to the Sponsors a Name and Likeness Use Consent Agreement which shall be provided by the Sponsors to Winner. Winner shall also allow Sponsors to copy and maintain proof of Winner's eligibility to enter Sweepstakes and collect prizes. Noncompliance regarding either the Name and Likeness Use Consent Agreement and/or failure to produce and allow Sponsors retention of proof of eligibility within a reasonable time of Sponsors' request may result in disqualification of the potential Winner and the forfeiture of the prize.

Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of the potential Winner and selection of an alternate potential Winner at Sponsors sole discretion. Sponsors are not liable for any mis-delivery of any entry or any failed notification to potential a Winner.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants forever waive any and all claims or cause of action against the Sponsors and any companies or prize providers associated with the Sweepstakes and each of its and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (each a “Releasee” and collectively the, “Releasees”) arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to any injury or damage to persons or property, including death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants' participation in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt of any prize, including without limitation, any cancellation or postponement of any prize event or any activity related to the receipt or use of any prize.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND THE RELEASEES (DEFINED ABOVE) HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

(1) This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

(2) Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes imposed as a result of accepting any prize offered in the Sweepstakes.

(3) The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor not caused by the Sponsors impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsors in the Sponsors sole discretion.

(4) The Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsors are not responsible, and shall have no liability, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received, or not received, by the Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrants' or any other persons' computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.

(5) All participants in the Sweepstakes hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the California Courts (state and federal) in Orange County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these Courts.

(6) Entrants agree that any damages to them as a result of any breach of these Official Rules, if any, which is not otherwise released by the WAIVERS AND RELEASES paragraph hereinabove, is limited to the total actual value of the prize to be awarded. Should any entrant file a lawsuit, the parties shall bear their own respective attorneys' fees, costs and expenses.

(7) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSORS SHALL, AT SPONSORS OPTION, HAVE THE RIGHT TO REPORT ALL SUCH ACTIVITIES TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

(8) The selection of a potential Winner by the Sponsors through a random drawing will govern, even if not selected on the date, time and location stated herein, if the drawing is not held due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Releasees (as defined hereinabove) will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Sweepstakes.

(9) If, in the Sponsors' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right in the Sponsors' sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, the Sponsors reserve the right to award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. The Sponsors in no way promote illegal acts. Any and all entries which include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified.

(10) All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance, not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of Winner.

(11) All Prize details are at Sponsors' sole discretion.

(12) Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the accounts submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned by Instagram or other online organization that is responsible for assigning said accounts. A potential Winner may be requested to provide the Sponsors with proof that the potential Winner is the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the winning entry. The prize will only be awarded to the authorized account holder. The prize is not transferable under any circumstances.
