Leslie was very helpful. Five stars times ten is how good she is with not only service abilities but in personality. Needing a quick response for smog issues and vehicle registration, Leslie quickly made everything on time perfectly. Hugely helpful. What was discovered while my SL500 was with Fletcher was leaking valve covers. Issue there is I had recently had the gaskets replaced by an independent service and obviously a mistake. Sure enough Mercedes may change a bit higher hourly rate but truth is it is worth it to know things are done correctly. Cant say enough good things about ...
